Limited registrations
Due to capacity restrictions, starting April 20, registration is strictly limited to confirmed speakers and poster contributors.
These persons can obtain their registration link from the organizers of the workshop to which their talk/poster belongs.

Registration desk
Upon arrival, please register at the registration desk located in the main lobby.
On Monday June 12, the registration desk is open from 8:00 to 11:30 and all the others days (June 13 to June 21 except Sunday) from 8:30 to 11:30.
Registration fees
Registration fees include: access to the congress, conferences and coffee breaks.

Social events can be booked while registering and paying the conference fees. Additional social events can be purchased for accompanying persons not attending the conference.

During the early bird period (7 November 2022 to 23 April 2023), you can modify your registration (dates, social events,...) without additional fees or ask for a refund by contacting secretariat-focm2023@vitamin-support.fr
After the early bird (23 April 2023), modifications are not guaranteed to be possible, please contact secretariat-focm2023@vitamin-support.fr to check. In case of cancellation after 23 April 2023, there will be no refund.
